Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery notification with a tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order from the webshop or if you want to change to another size, you may return purchased product within 14 days after receiving it. Please notice custom-made or modified products cannot be returned or exchanged.

All Heidivornan.com purchases arrive in the signature Heidi Vornan black or white box, tied with a black satin ribbon.

HEIDI VORNAN is responsible for orders until the package is delivered to the customer. If the package goes missing, Heidi Vornan may choose to open an investigation with the carrier to determine the responsible party. Please contact info@heidivornan.com if your order details indicate the package has been delivered but nothing was received.

All orders are shipped from Finland with DHL Express. The processing time of each product varies. Please see the additional information of the product. We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping in all online orders over 200€.

For orders under 200€ the shipping is:

International 25€

EU CUSTOMERS
