RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order from the webshop or if you want to change to another size, you may return purchased product within 14 days after receiving it.

The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, and unused in the original packaging with any documents that were sent to you.

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. After we have received the returned product and checked that it meets all requirements, we will refund the sum of the order. Unfortunately the cost of delivery cannot be refunded. We will refund delivery costs only if the product we have sent is incorrect or faulty. Please also note that customers are solely responsible for import tax and customs duties when required, and these are not refundable. Custom-made or modified products cannot be returned or exchanged.
